“TERRIBLE! I signed up online and was told I would be contacted. I didn't hear back so went to Experian and received great service. I just noticed Credit Angel took a payment of £14.99 so called to see why. I spoke to a lady called Kerry who was pretty rude and extremely unhelpful. She said I had an account so wasn't entilted to a refund. I asked to speak to a maager but conveniently they were all in a "meeting" she said they would've emailed the security set up part of the application. I just checked and the email went to my junk. Even my webmail thinks it's ridiculous such sensitive info was sent in a email! Do NOT use this company! horrendous customer service who will charge you for absolutely nothing! Go to Experian for a safe and secure service.”

“I was unable to enter my address even though it showed it in the choice box. I could click on every other address within the choice box and they would enter into the address column but mine would not.”

“Wouldn't even give it 1 star but wasn't an option to do none. Not once has the customer service gotten back to me and I've tried three times now. All times being told I'd be gotten back to within 72 hours each time that has failed. Still waiting to hear back. Absolutely disgusting.”

“Apart from help from a human on your help line, the computerised system is not user friendly. The response time to problems encountered is very poor. In fact you have not responded to the fact that I have cancelled my membership unused, This mornings response is thanking me for joining your service. Still no PIN. Not in any of the areas you normally looking for missing email communication. A complete shambles as far as I am concerned. Should any money go out of my account after cancellation of an unused and in my view unusable service at the time I wanted to use it, I will shout foul and take advice. Please note that others have said on the review that you have done this to them. All in all, you need to take stock and try to use your own service....then you will realise what a shambles it is.”

“I don't think the customer service team is helpful at all, I have sent 3 emails telling them to cancel my free trial and have had not 1 response yet. if I get charged with a payment then i am going to take it further as I've stated I wanted it cancelled and it has not been done yet. I have waited longer than 72 hours for a reply not a happy individual.”

“Absolute scam, cancelled my account and they still took two monthly payments even though they said nothing further would be taken. Still waiting for the money to be returned. Do not trust them”

“Did not even sign up with them a third party company tried to get me to join I refused and they still submitted my membership. Clearly the company needs to look into the companies they link themselves too. Very disappointed in this after being told the account would not be created.”

“I FOUND IT VERY DIFFICULT TO ACCESS MY CREDIT REPORT, TOO MANY PASSWORDS TO IMPUT UPON APPLICATION. AS I AM NOT COMPUTOR SAVVY I FOUND THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE CONFUSING AND VERY FRUSTRATING, AND I DID NOT GET MY CREDIT REPORT.”

“I signed up to this in error thinking it was something else, I have requested immediate cancellation but have received no reply confirming that this has been done. I trust this will be dealt with and no charge made”
