I don't think the customer service team is helpful at all, I have sent 3 emails telling them to cancel my free trial and have had not 1 response yet. if I get charged with a payment then i am going to take it further as I've stated I wanted it cancelled and it has not been done yet. I have waited longer than 72 hours for a reply not a happy individual.
