“You have to e-mail support in order to cancel subscription... Should be a simple button in the account section where you can subscribe/unsubscribe. Just another way of trying to make you stay even if you wish not to! I don't like this at all.”

“I found the service a total waste of money. Website difficult to negotiate and customer services are a nightmare to contact. Don't even start me on trying to cancel my subscription???!!”

“I cannot see anywhere on your website how to cancel credit angel and also I think you should state how much the charge is if cancelled after trial not just out a charge will apply bit open ended”

“Spoke to an employee and it went very well but... There is a credit rating of an individual and there is also a "2nd credit rating" ... Records are not deleted after 6 years, they are simply recorded somewhere else after 6 years. So that is my complaint, and believing otherwise is fantasy.”

“I still haven't received my pin despite registering over a week ago. I have now sent an email to cancel my registration. If I do get charged after the 30 day trial period I will also be taking it further.”

“I joined to check my credit score before I paid £200 for a credit check to rent a house for me and my 3yr old. The score on hear said I had enough points. So I used all my savings to apply for the house , only to be told my true credit score is 40 points less than on here, thus leaving me with no savings and no house :( If you had given me an accurate score I would not have wasted my savings on a credit check. Very upset.”
