I cancelled my credit angel it was not what I wanted as just done on the free credit angel and do want to continue with it and pay money as have cancelled on the same day done credit angel have had a email to sayou it was cancelled so hope this is the end

misold me a product, took money from my account unauthorised and then wanted to charge me £10 to get the transcript of the call to try and get my money back. BEWARE. DO NOT USE

Trying to cancel at the minute before I end up being charged, sent an email so hoping will be cancelled soon as hard of hearing will make calling them up difficult.

i don't like this service i tried to cancell registration but it's not possible to cancel when i try to cancel its was only 5 days when i'm using this but it's no chance to cancel and nou i been charged 14.99 it's ridiculous

Doesn't even let you cancel after the 30 day FREE trial!! It's a con do not sign up?! I've emailed shit loads and no response yet they are continuing to take £14.99 out of my bank!!! Absolute disgrace praying on vulnerable people!!

Company is just terrible, First I was unable to log in for a few days, that was the first red flag, after sending an email 3 days ago, I still have not had a reply, second red flag, after finally managing to get a forgotten password request back (automated though) I was able to log in, only to find they cannot determine my credit score, also that the service is virtually non-interactive, just the details you put in when you signed up, that was red flag no. 3 and finally the 4th was that in order to cancel your account YOU MUST EMAIL THEM, thats right, there is no cancel membership button with these guys for some reason other than they want people to forget or not be able to find it or even worse, not bother because the process is long winded. Please please do yourselves a favour, I only used this because it was in tandem with a deal I took up from something else, but do not use this website ever, do your research and use one of the more reliable and popular credit score agents. If my account is not cancelled in the next 27 days (time before free period ends) then I will be taking legal action. Update; as per requested by credit angel, I am adding to my review to say I don’t appreciate after having to complain loudly to make sure I am not charged for an awful service, for someone to email me asking me to change my review since ‘the situation has been resolved’ it may have been resolved, but way later than it should have been, contacting the company should be way easier and I stand by my words of ‘do not use this company’, in the future, I’d advise that they don’t ask ‘customers’ to change thier review unless they are sure that said customer is even happy with the service received, because I could have just left my review at how it was, but they prompted me to add this.

Pointless waste of time and money. This is just a ghosting of Call Credit which I already get for free with one of my credit cards. It was even more out of date than Call Credit itself. It was totally misleading.

I did not authorise payments and they've taken them anyways despite me cancelling after the free month,now having to fight with them to get back payments they should'nt have taken so BEWARE!

I rang Credit angel in November to cancel my free membership and I've been told that this has been done. Now in February 14.99 has been deducted from my bank account. I rang credit angel to find out why this has been taken, customer advisers said to me that when I called in November someone told me that I will have another 30 days free membership and after that I have to give them call again to cancel membership! Not happy with this service at all! When I'm calling to cancel membership it's mean I want to cancel not get another 30 days. I will definitely make a formal complain.

Signed up for a free trial and on the same day cancelled the membership. at the end of the month they charged me for a membership and when i contacted them, they refused, rudely, to refund me. When i asked to talk to a manager, they arranged for a call back that never happened.
