“I just signed up, but having trouble login in and being able to see my file. The app lets me login but doesn’t show me the report. It states preparing report then gives me blank page. Tried logging in through their website but for some reason it’s not login in and after awhile goes back to the Home screen. This is waste of my time. I am cancelling my subscription. Don’t bother with this company. I have found a better company that gives you reports from all four credit reference agencies for the same price. It’s call Check my file”

“You dont have the right to collect £19.99 from my bank account please refund my money now”

“I tried cancelling the free trial online there was no option for this. No warning about payment leaving my account and you have just taken £19.99 - I was unable to get through to them on the phone due to empty offices because of self isolation so there was no way for me to cancel my subscription or remove my card details from their website.”

“Not happy, I just wanted to do a one-off check, had to give all of my bank details, wasn't sent a reminder to cancel before 14 day trial ended, had to pay 20 quid for nothing, expecting refund.”
