Phoned up within my 30 day free trial window, and was assured it would be cancelled and I would not be charged. Checked my account only to see I had indeed been charged, phoned up and was told it was an administration error and would be corrected. Only to not receive a refund and be told that the wrong date was put on the transfer request. What an absolute joke, and on top of all that the phone calls to correct a mistake that should not of occurred has cost me even more money. My advice, DO NOT use. there are far better credit checkers out there which actually do as they promise and cancel your free trail for you

cancel your free trial now, before they take £9.99 out of your account at the end of 30 days ,then £14.99 a month after that. also cancel with your bank ,my bank are well aware of this companies practice, and others using smoke screen tactics beware a clever con

Don't touch these scammers...they take 14.99 a month from your bank account every month without informing you...my bank has told me that they have had a lot of complaints from customers after money has been with withdrawn from their account by CREDIT ANGEL.. Cancel your free trial immediately otherwise it will cost you dearly.Not a helpful company when complained to ...never reply to emails or phone calls.....go to the ombudsman and trading standards..

I phoned rick to cancel he promised no more money would be taken from my account yet you have taken another payment shocking and have you got anything to do with yes card who have taken money from my account when i dont even have a card i will be taking this disgraceful treatment further

I had a 2 week free trail. Took money without warning after a week. Despite several emails took them days to get back to me! Now they are trying to say that my free trail started earlier then it did even though I have an email to prove date. I couldn't get on line anyway! Have cancelled via my bank.

a company who will take your money every month but if there is a glitch in THEIR system and you can't access your details try asking for a refund of your subscription. although you paid for the service and it was not available they will tell you there are no refunds under any circumstances. Im just so glad i have cancelled my membership after 1 month. This is not a good company to deal with and would urge you to go elsewhere

Awful there site crashed so did not think I was enrolled. I clarified this by trying to log in to the site to which It came up no one is registered under this name- 2 weeks later I was charged 19.99. I have never accessed the sight yet they refuse to refund.

Dear William, Your PIN is sent directly from Call Credit who generate our Credit Reports. The email address your PIN will be sent from is noreply@callcreditreport.co.uk and please check your junk and spam folder. If you still cannot find the email containing your PIN we would suggest requesting a new one by clicking "I've forgotten my PIN number" and an email will be sent within 5 minute containing a new PIN for you. I didn't even sign up one of 3rd parties must of joined me up and I check my bank and moneys come out! Not happy and then when u request password it don't work!

Please be aware of third parties giving this company your bank details and this company taking money without your knowledge . This has happened to my daughter and she has managed to login to find all her debit card details online and now has to wait until Monday to contact credit angel and is £19.99 out of pocket .
