Apart from help from a human on your help line, the computerised system is not user friendly. The response time to problems encountered is very poor. In fact you have not responded to the fact that I have cancelled my membership unused, This mornings response is thanking me for joining your service. Still no PIN. Not in any of the areas you normally looking for missing email communication. A complete shambles as far as I am concerned. Should any money go out of my account after cancellation of an unused and in my view unusable service at the time I wanted to use it, I will shout foul and take advice. Please note that others have said on the review that you have done this to them. All in all, you need to take stock and try to use your own service....then you will realise what a shambles it is.
