“I am writing this aswell as going to be sending the dtf file I downloaded from tour companys email.unless I am.refunded the 6800 you took from my bank account without my havin any knowledge or been told by one of your team. I will wait for a refund,if not I'll give your own file and my own bank.acount statement.to a higher authority. I hope we can reolve this, hassle free. Thank you. Michaelmacphee12@gmail.com.”

“It was hard to find the info I required and there was things I didn't understand and there was no explanation also when I wanted to cancel you wait for 24 hrs to contact me then tell me it will take at least 72hrs for someone to contact me by the time you contact me the 7day free pass will have expired. It should b easier to cancel. I personally think it's a scam. #myopinioandjustsaying”

“The credit score came up joint with my fathers! Most of loans, credit cards, mortgage belong to my father not me so my credit score is very poor. Not happy at all! I have multiple times tried contacting to cancel my free trial and i am being ignored and all I asked for was a written confirmation of the free trial cancellation”

“When trying to put the pin number in to the password column it kept on re-jecting it despite putting it in about 6 times. I thought this service would be free but it isn`t. If I forget to cancel this it will cost me 14.99 a month. I have sent them a email cancelling this and hopefully they have received this.”

“My credit report is very different from another well known credit agency you have my report as poor and I can't see any reason for this as the other agency has my report as excellent somethings wrong”

“I called to cancel and was assured this was done, payment has now been taken out of my account the email addresses do not work and you are not picking up your phone line. I a truly rubbish service you do.”

“I said 3 times on the phone I don't want to sign up and she assured me no money would be taken from my account they just needed card details to verify my identity. But still they signed me up and still they charged me. I'm furious”
