“When I contacted CPD Online customer care to advise them the certificate did not show that the award was for a Covid-19 Awareness course they advised me there had been errors in the generation of the certificate and that they would e mail me a new certificate, this arrived in my inbox within minutes. Highly efficient excellent customer service, thank you.”

“I found the course very thorough and easy to follow. I thought some of the questions were quite challenging such as remembering percentages and would have rather more content on how the virus actually affects the body.”

“A well-presented Unit focused course on Coivd-19 situations. Covering the top-line facts and advice on how to protect yourself in a work & home environment. I learnt some fact's I didn't know whilst others were a welcome refresher to remind myself why it's so important to know the facts to advise not only myself but others.”
