“The training took me over four hours to do! A warning about time would have been helpful. I found the test frustrating. Luckily I had taken copious notes but it is not necessarily useful to know which number article of a particular act or how many £s a business could be fined. It was literally a memory test which is not great for some people. It was OK for me but frustrating. For example it was easy to click on an answer and then realise I had clicked too quickly on 17.5 billion instead of million but not be able to go back and edit it. For me, I had to keep trying to visualise how this was applicable in my job. I work for a church which employs about a dozen people not thousands of people. The training seemed more appropriate for someone who was working for a big company.”
