“The contents of courses are good and up to date. However, there are typing errors and wordings that are incorrect in all the courses I have completed. Just one or two only in each course. Otherwise, it was good and informative.”

“Good content, a little disappointed with helpline on the weekend. I needed help on a Saturday morning and didn't get timely response.”

“I done the covid-19 awareness course as i am a care worker and I am trained in doing covid-19 testing in our nursing home. I thought I would just like some extra information and the certificate to go with it. I am also going to do the end of life course next week as I look after residents in our end of life room.”
