“The course was good but the quiz could be improved. I am a domestic abuse survivor and the things assessed in the quiz were statistics and numbers, rather than the information from the course that is of crucial importance in helping a domestic abuse victim.”

“The course was very well set up except in some places it said that I had skipped ahead which was not the case as I followed the only option. But it took me back to the relevant part when I pressed the button that was needed to backtrack. In a few places the actual grammar for the questions was careless, or incorrect and could mislead/confuse some people.”

“The course content was good but it was annoying that once you had completed a page it didn't automatically take you to the next page. On some occasions it did but often I had to click back to unit to proceed which lengthened the process.”

“although imformative, a lot was not relevant to Customer Service Administrators (phone). Also there seems to be a bug in the system whereby it tells you that you had moved on too quickly even though you have finished the section of the unit. very frustrating leading to restarting the section or going to previous section to kick in the update”
