“Took away a lot of new information from this course. The test at the end was good but certain questions were irrelevant e.g. the case study stories.”

“All good, and fairly comprehensive (as far as any online version of a First Aid course can be). I would only recommend that the training has extra guidance/advice (a video?) on how to put someone in the recovery position - I am aware how to do this, but written instructions make it seem quite confusing.”

“It would be useful to have this opportunity of learning to have verbal commentary option. There are some spelling errors in the questions. The questions are appropriate for the training and course program.”

“Interesting and informative. I liked the short tests after each section. Sometimes there were long lists in the Children's Emotional Health module, so it was a bit tricky remembering these. Maybe a mnemonic or an acronym might help? Thank you.”

“the links in the modules sometimes didn't wort and when finishing a section it would repeatedly tell me i was skipping to far forward. Content needs some video to accompany PowerPoint after PowerPoint. Photos need to tie in with content, ie in PPE section ensure models are wearing safety shoes not trainers.”
