“When I contacted CPD Online customer care to advise them the certificate did not show that the award was for a Covid-19 Awareness course they advised me there had been errors in the generation of the certificate and that they would e mail me a new certificate, this arrived in my inbox within minutes. Highly efficient excellent customer service, thank you.”
