“although imformative, a lot was not relevant to Customer Service Administrators (phone). Also there seems to be a bug in the system whereby it tells you that you had moved on too quickly even though you have finished the section of the unit. very frustrating leading to restarting the section or going to previous section to kick in the update”

“Some of the question didn't clearly match the answers! For example after the initial assessment how oftern should an follow up be? It clear states within 3 months The choice of answers were as follows After one month After 3 month After 6 month After 12 months I pressed After 1 month because it has to be within 3 months, but this came up as incorrect After 3 month was the answer! To me this is not accurate or with 3 months this, so it looks to me like you need to change the option of answers as this is not correct information!!”

“All good, and fairly comprehensive (as far as any online version of a First Aid course can be). I would only recommend that the training has extra guidance/advice (a video?) on how to put someone in the recovery position - I am aware how to do this, but written instructions make it seem quite confusing.”
