“The course was good, concise and gave useful information. A couple of the quiz questions were irrelevant to my role, for example "What question does Microsoft/Apple etc ask at interviews....?" not something I feel I need to commit to memory. Otherwise it was good. It would be nice to have a document that could be downloaded detailing the key learning points of the course to take away.”

“Excellent, covered the material really thoroughly. If I had to pick one constructive criticism, then I'd say because it was all reading it can be difficult to concentrate and stay motivated. Any narration or interactivity would help.”

“I used your live chat feature to ask a member of staff (Michelle) for help in finding courses relevant to my profession, and she suggested a course which was perfect. I found the course easy to navigate through (unlike some online CPD training which can be frustrating and difficult to find your place). I like that I was able to download & print a certificate at the end.”
