“1. The website is annoying to navigate. 2. The site has a bug that makes you to return to the main page rather than the next page. ( i expect this will be fixed sometime) 3. The PAT course is written text with pictures along side that have no relevance to the subject in fact all of the plugs shown were not even uk . There are even pictures of people poking a consumer unit with an UNINSULATED screw driver. 4. Luckily the course was short utterly boring but short.”

“So easy and simple. I liked the fact each slide was clear with small bits of information rather than large chunks. It was easy to stop and start and pick up where I left off.”

“A fair proportion of the information within the course was out of date and looked at things historically rather than the here and now. I know that the situation is changing all the time but would expect up to date information for an accredited course which I have paid for. Also someone should check the content there is a section which just didn't make sense and a couple of grammar errors”

“i found the course very informative, and enjoyed learning about health and safety. i hope to go on and complete my level 3 in health and safety. as i found it hard to read some time as i get migraines i found the text to speech feature very helpful.”
