Let's break it down: the website: - is direct, simple to use, clear, clean - no clever 'dynamic' extras, - no distracting colours and pictures that some designer managed to sell the owner on the belief that it would enhance the user experience - all the information a user needs, well organised, clearly presented, and fully disclosed The service: - less expensive than any competitor by a margin that makes a difference to my business - pleasant and professional - online booking and payment procedure was simple to use, highly effective, quick and remarkably smooth - delivery is tracked in real-time, and provided to the customer. In summary, CourierExpert is an exemplary business! I'd urge anyone who is thinking of spending a fortune getting an MBA to do themselves a favour and see if they can go work for and study this business, especially the management. I think they will learn much more from the experience. Just to confirm, I have absolutely no affiliation with Courier Expert, and I have no benefit from writing this review except the sadly rare satisfaction of recognising and praising a company that deserves it.
