“Features included on the website were clear but do not support each department of luxury included spa treatment. You will then need to ring each area for booking and arrangement without being told. Failing this it was a easy booking”

“We booked the hotel by telephone for a five night stay in April/May. The lady in attendance was proficient, helpful and friendly. I was a littlest surprised by the terms of payment, however it was a most efficient experience.”

“Useful website - needed to see bedrooms before booking - perhaps it was me but I didn't find this as easy when you were already trying to sort out a date! Otherwise it didn't take long to receive confirmation once submitted.”

“I went onto the Country Hotel Breaks website and onto a hotel of my choice, which I thought had taken me directly to the hotel website, stupidly! I then booked 2 rooms, the only option was having early/late checkout, which I didn't need, but nevertheless we booked. Only to find at the payment stage, a further £20 Booking fee. When I realised what had happened, I realised it was too late to cancel as a charge of £35 per room would be charged, so lesson learnt, won't be booking with you again. And I don't really wish to receive marketing emails, not even 24 hours after being on the website.”

Thank you for your review, although it is disappointing to receive 3 stars. The booking fee is included in the price from the very start of the booking process and not added on at the end, this is so it is upfront at the beginning rather than added on at the end like some booking agents do.
