“In our experience, the hotels offered are of high standard and the deals on offer deliver value for money. The website is reasonably easy to use, but when looking for a hotel in a given region, the ‘whole country’ map can be ‘clunky’ to use. These days it would be helpful to put in locational search features such as hotels with electric car chargers.”
