“I would strongly recommend a break at The Quay Hotel and Spa, North Wales. This hotel is immaculately maintained and contains all the facilities needed for a quality break. The hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful and deliver quality food and drinks to a high standard. The location has stunning views across Deganwy Marina, the mountains, estuary and castle. In fact the complex sits on the edge of the estuary so could not be more closely linked with nature. There is a lovely walk along a tarmac easy-access path towards the shopping centre and castle. The small town itself is charming and thankfully omits the usual tacky seaside shops, stalls and bars which would otherwise spoil the character. Our offer was very good value or money and we will certainly organise a repeat trip in future.”

“Trying to make a reservation from overseas, the standard payment system did not accept my perfectly valid credit card. (I understood later the international credit card transaction system in my country had severe problems that afternoon). The Customer Service staff went at great length to enable payment from my bank directly to the Country Hotel Breaks bank, and provided confirmation when the transaction was completed.”

“Extensive collection of hotels nationwide and an easy website to navigate. We were able to book a two night break with ease and good follow-up communication from Country House Hotels. Nice little extras like wine and chocolates inn room on arrival.”
