“Simplicity itself to make the booking. Had made a comment on the booking form to the effect a guest in our party used a cane to aid mobility. Was surprised and pleased to receive a telephone the following evening saying the comment had been noted and asked if there was anything they could do help with this to aid the guest, Customer service at its best,,,,”
