“Excellent service. I made a booking including Dinner for a business event I am attending. However I didn't realise that Dinner had already been booked. I emailed customer services and they were able to help me straight away and made arrangements for our meal allowance to be transferred so we could join the rest of our party in another restaurant. Thank you.”

“I wanted a nice romantic break for our wedding anniversary. I simply googled this and found this website. The hotel with package was just what we were looking for. We have not been yet, but the booking process for this site was very straightforward. Plenty of pictures showing the hotel with reviews. Full explanations of the package. Simple booking process. Reassured of the security on the payment page. Took about five minutes to complete if that. Email straight to in box to confirm booking. Will definitely use again for special breaks away. I will review the hotel after our stay.”
