“Fantastic customer service. Unfortunately our break has been cancelled twice due to Covid as the hotel has had to close. Each time I have received a phone call from the team giving me option to rebook or opt for a voucher. Within minutes of rebooking, a confirmation e mail is received contains the amended details. Thank you.”

“Really good choice of places to go. Very clear and easy to deal with especially the young lady who made the booking for us. Lovely way for family to give us a gift for a special occasion by providing us with a voucher to go towards a 3 day break to a place of our choice at the time of our choice.”
