Was a fairly simple process to book hotel. Site gave information and options to book extras etc.

They offered a big discount as compared with booking direct with the hotel.

I had numerous emails from the company when the date I wanted was not available. Staff members offered other options. I managed another booking and paid in full for that booking. Then 2 days later had a second payment of $600+ taken/removed from my account...I have emailed regarding this error, am still waiting for your response. Look forward to hearing from you please

The lady I spoke to and booked with was very helpful. But unfortunately I have only received one email which has me booked for the 17 when I payed for two nights 16 and 17 and no mention of the extras that I have paid for. So I have had to contact the hotel to confirm my booking but no booking reference on email. I then spoke to the spar booking and again no reference to give them but the hotel have been very helpful and have confidence my two dates and the spar l have been able to book l up grade the package due to it been a special birthday 60 for my wife now I will have to contact the hotel again to find out about the room and have we been booked in for are evenings meal 😣

Dear Mr Cullen, It's disappointing to receive a 1 star review. Two bookings were made, one for the 17th April which was for the Spa Day booking and one for a Hotel break commencing 16th April for 2 nights. These bookings are for two different departments at the hotel so the confirmations may not come through at exactly the same time. I have checked our records and can see both confirmations have been sent to you, however I will resend both of your booking confirmations in case these have been overlooked. It would be nice if you could include more choice in all areas especially Scotland ! And make the pricing policy clear. Feel,it would be better to be shown as room rate not pppn and when you put the dates you require you should only show the hotels able to take that booking instead of having to go through every hotel individually.

The help I received for this booking was faultless, we needed one ground floor room plus 2 others, Karen who I spoke to on Tuesday was brilliant in sorting it out also a pleasure to talk to. Will definitely use your company again.
