“Very outdated website that has minimal images of available rooms and doesn’t allow for customers to get a good indication of what they’re booking. Only used the website, as we had a connected voucher to use but would suggest looking/modeling your websites to compete with Booking.com and other leading competitors who make booking rooms effortless.”

“Can't comment as not stayed yet!! However, dealings with receptionship about booking dinner and getting the time we wanted rather than table time We were given has been very good.”

“Could not have been easier! The website is very easy to use and has lots of information about the breaks offered. Easy to purchase and pay for breaks and customer services were extremely pleasant and helpful when I rang them for further information and help. Would definitely use Country Hotel Breaks again.”

“Brilliant deal for a stay at Lion Quays hotel and Spa. The food, all included was sublime for an AA Rosette restaurant. The spa was a wonderful extra, really relaxing. Staff very polite and helpful. Great value for money. Very impressive”

“Very good & informative website. Booking process very good also, and breakdown of costs very clear- it even includes the reasonable commission that Country Hotel Breaks takes on the transaction. Price for the break was a lot less than booking directly on the hotel's web site.”
