“I recentl bought a small gift for my nephew which was dispatched quickly. Unfortunately I'd mixed up the billing and delivery addresses so the parcel wound up going back to Cotswold Trading. I got in touch with them at that point, they sussed out what the mix up was and sent it our for redilvery which happened without any further hitch. They were king enough not to charge any extra for the second delivery too.”

“The greeting card is really nice but the postage was really expensive. It would be good to give the option of just paying a first or second class stamp.”
