“I had a small problem with a purchase, contacted customer services. I was delighted Sophie and her kindness went above and beyond with her service and care, nothing was too much trouble. Problem was resolved instantly, I was sent replacement and labels to return damaged product. I truly thank Sophie and team for their excellent customer service at Cotswold Trading well worth a visit in their Broadway shop. Thank you”

“Every year fun to browse through the extensive collection Christmas cards. Should be something there for most people. Delivery (to The Netherlands) was handled promptly and arrived within a week. No issues with customs (After Brexit I had to pay of course). Well packaged and no damage (necessary as postal services ignore FRAGILE stickers)”

“I purchased several items from Cotswold Trading (cards, a calendar and 3 cat tins containing Monty Bojangles truffles) and everything was absolutely beautiful and packed with great care.
