“My purchases were delivered very promptly, but not only was the box damaged but so were the contents. I contacted the customer service department and straightaway new items were sent out. However, it was then noticed that the wrong items had been sent so the correct items were sent. This all happened within a period of 6 days and at each point, I was emailed. I believe that this shows a real desire to give great customer service. I will certainly, happily shop with Cotswold again and thank both Jen and Sophie for their efficiency and friendly help.”
