The products I chose were beautiful (4 x Angela Harding Advent Calendars) wrapped in sustainable packaging and came with sturdy envelopes to send on. Communication was great too, the packages arrived in good time. I only have one small complaint; the outer packaging was a reused plastic bag which was fine, I just would have appreciated it then not being almost completely covered in red and white thick plastic tape! It took ages to unwrap before being binned; please can you use brown paper tape which is much kinder to the environment and less wasteful? Generally I am very pleased with my purchases and look forward to ordering from you again.
