“Acceptable feels a bit mean as I love the products and had no problem ordering, however having entered the promotion code - which seemed to go in ok - the discount was not deducted and therefore I paid full price and missed my 10% which was disappointing, especially as id spent over £300 in store over the week.”

“Could not recommend this company enough, my original purchase was missing a stone, I emeailed and within 3 days was sent a replacement game, and free passage to send original game back, excellent customer service. The game itself is so much fun, the grandkids loved playing it and so did the adults, would definitely recommend this game and would definitely recommend buying from Cotswold Trafing”

“A couple of hours after placing my order I received a call saying that although they had 4 bars of soap 1 was unwrapped. No problem I was happy to receive it anyway. When delivery came the bar was in bubble wrap AND there a reduction on the bill! Very impressed!”
