“Excellent customer service as I had a problem with Royal Mail with regard to my order. I contacted Cotswold Trading and spoke to Rachel who was very friendly and helpful and emailed a tracking number immediately which was most useful in locating my parcel. Thankfully the GPO located it and I’m very happy with the product. I would highly recommend and look forward to using your company in the future. Thank you”

“Paid for next day delivery but delivered six days later - probably the mail but perhaps consider another courier service”

Helpful Report

Dear Andrew Thanks for leaving us a review. We did refund you for the next day postage you paid as unfortunately, on this occasion, Royal Mail let us down and we passed on the complaint. Many apologies that the service you received was not first class. Best wishes Rachel Cotswold Trading
