“Alas the parcel was stolen I think from my next door neighbour’s post box . We were away and asked him to keep the package dry in his box til our return . It disappeared. Most odd and disappointing but not your fault of course . I could add that the post took weeks and if your words online had been held true we would not have been away at all when the package finally came . 😐”

“We first encountered the Bath House product we ordered in a luxury hotel in Bath on a trip to England in 2023. It became our favorite. Last year, we found it at another British retailer. This year, we found it at Cotswold Trading, ordered it, enjoyed tracking emails from the Royal Mail at every step of the shipping process, had it delivered in just eight days from the order, and are delighted.
