“I ordered online from Ireland and was very disappointed to pay a customs fee to get my parcel from the post office which cost me almost the same amount as the order. It’s very frustrating that it’s not covered like it is by other UK online providers. Won’t be ordering anymore.”

With ever-changing international customs rules, we strive to be as transparent as possible. Our delivery terms are outlined on our website, and we send an order confirmation email explaining that local customs charges may apply, giving customers the opportunity to cancel their order before dispatch if preferred. “My first online order with Cotswold Trading as they didnt have what I wanted in our Leamington Store. Easy website to negotiate and SO MUCH more on the website than they have in the store ( obviously). Parcel arrived very quickly and very well packaged up.”
