“Good items ,easy to order,items packaged well.Did notice I had been over charged for one item,the sticker price was lower than I was charged.Too late when I noticed I had thrown the sticker away.Still would order again if needed.”

“Delivery disappointing. I was at home when Royal Mail tried to deliver. My car was on the drive and tv on and visible from front door. Delivery man said I was out. I was at home and waiting. Obviously he didn't hang about. Very disappointed as I wanted goods for a present which made it late for family birthday.”

“I bought a pack of Christmas cards recently. I have ordered from Cotswold before. The cards came carefully wrapped in tissue paper and in a padded envelope to protect them from the mailing process. They arrived in perfect condition - thank you. The website is good and the products are appealing and quite high end, so if I ordered anything else I would be guaranteed quality.”
