“I was searching for a hardback copy of 'Raising Hare' with a very specific dust cover. Cotswold Trading came up as a stockist. I hadn't shopped with them before and didn't know they sold much more than books. I was able to ask a question through their website regarding my order and Zoe who replied checked they had the very specific dust cover I required and then personally made sure I received the correct copy when I placed my order. In perusing their online store I also found a gift for a friend (One Hundred Stars scarf) and another for a new baby (Jellycat Bashful Bunny) They all arrived in a cardboard box, carefully wrapped in tissue. The customer service I received from Zoe at Cotswold Trading was exemplary. Sadly, I live nowhere near their department store but would be very confident and happy to shop online with them again.”
