Easy to book and value for money, however communication between Cotswold Hotel Breaks (CHB)and the Hotel booked is not good.
I booked two rooms, unfortunately, guests in room two had to cancel, I advised both the hotel and CHB. When we arrived the reception team had no knowledge of the cancellation therefore the room remained empty.
