I put an order and after a couple of hours realised one of the lines was wrong. I send an email straight away and they responded by email right after. The order wasn't ready, it wasn't set for delivery or even the paperwork wasn't prepares I trust because it happened around midnight. they send me an invoice for £25+£5VAT for this cancellation. It is disgusting.. Nothing more than rip off.

Hi Naomi we have had unprecedented demand for tables and our manufacturers are struggling to give us any lead times. We are so sorry for the delay
Do not use this company. Delivery never arrived. Blaming courier for loss of parcel but courier were never in contact. Full of ridiculous excuses, gave plenty of time to sort out the order and finally asked for refund. No surprises I’m still waiting for the refund despite all the promises in the world to make sure I would be kept in contact and refund would be sorted. Never again!

promised delivery on a set date. This did not happen. called the sales team and was assured delivery for a set day..... failed! no one can tell me when my office furniture is arriving.

We are so sorry your experience was not satisfactory, we take our reviews very seriously and we are constantly looking to improve our service.
Ordered an Operator Chair with adjustable arms. Two dispatch emails received with delivery dates missing. After several contacts chair finally arrived with arms missing. Phone calls never returned and emails always state that they should be arriving by the end of the following week. Two months later and still waiting.

Placed an order 2 months ago and STILL waiting for the product. Customer services can't tell me why yet they're happy to make sales calls to me to buy more things. I don't think so.

Hi We are so sorry you have had issues with your delivery. We are really struggling with some of suppliers due to shipments getting held up in dock and lack of raw materials. We are trying to ensure we get all orders out on time.
I ordered an item on the 22nd September 2020, it is now the 7th October and I have heard nothing about delivery. Only communication was request for a review hence the poor review.

I placed an order on 24/09/2020. It states average delivery time within 5 days (no!) On 01/10/2020, I rang to see where my order was as I hadn't heard anything. It was going to be delivered the next day. They rang back and delayed it until Monday 5th October. I rang on Monday as the delivery hadn't come and to remind them for the 3rd time that we shut at 3pm. The driver was supposed to ring back. He didn't. They apologised and said it would be fast tracked to a manager and I would receive an email the next day. I didn't receive an email so I rang again, only to be told there was no one available to speak to and they would have to get someone to ring back. Still haven't received any update and no-one has rung back. If I could give no stars I would. My advice, don't use this company.

6 weeks since my order was placed, still not delivered and no explanation of where it is despite having chased it through several times! Email sent today to cancel the order has been, so far, ignored!

Hi I am so sorry. We are more than happy to cancel and refund the order if you wish, unfortunately with furloughed staff and many manufacturers also working on skeleton staff we have struggled to keep stock levels up to date.

After ordering one type of table I have to wait for 1.5 month for delivery. Which was ok for me. After 2 months the table did not arrived at all and nobody send me a message or phone me to inform me, that the table is out of the stock for another 1.5 month. After phone call to the customer service they offered me a different table ( and made me to spend more money ) promising the table would definitely arrive withing 7 days. It did not arrived at all after 10 days. Again no phone call to let me know, is out of stock again for another 1.5 month. I found it very unprofessional and annoying. My children have been left sitting on the floor for several weeks and parents have not been impressed with that at all too. I would not order any more items from this company !

Hi. We are disappointing that you received your item damaged. Despite our best efforts the manufacturer was unable to collect. I can only apologise for the inconvenience cuased.
Please do not buy anything from this company unless you are 100% sure that the item you buy will be fit for your purposes, and you need them like 2 months after the delivery date given by the Cost Cutter. I was reading some of the good reviews I wish I could say the same. Sorry but no thanks, they didn't mention anything about the return you will loos up to 40% the money paid for goods if you like to return them, this is only if they are in the original packaging. its a Joke I don't even know if it is legal. in the website says 3 to 5 days delivery it took them 6 weeks to deliver the goods. the Only good point about the company they have very polite customer service staff,

Hi. I am so sorry you have had a bad experience. We do state in our terms and conditions that products returned are subject to a re stocking fee. "Should you wish to return an item they will be subject to a re-stocking charge. If the item was sent from our warehouse the charge will be 25% of the item value. If the item is sent direct from one of our manufacturers it may be subject to up to a 50% re-stocking fee" We also state in our T and C's re stock availability "Lead times quoted are subject to stock availability at time of order and subject to seasonal demand. If required for a specific date please check availability before ordering and state at time of order" What we do is perfectly legal. If you wish to discuss this further I will be more than happy to speak to you.
Terrible. I ordered 2 picnic tables 10 days ago expecting them to arrive by today as stated on the website there is 7-10 day delivery wait. I chase the order today and was told if I wanted them on time I would need to pay an additional £75 fee or wait another week.

Absolutely awful service. Was let down last year and vowed I wouldn't use you again. Against my better judgement i ordered several hundred pounds worth of products from you for an imminent OFSTED. A week after the due date I phoned to see where everything was only to be told it would still be several weeks before my products arrived. No one had even bothered to let me know and didn't seem overly concerned that they had really compromised my OFSTED. Cancelled my order and went back to ordering from a reliable company. Will not use you again and certainly not recommending you to all my colleagues in the industry.

stay away. companies like this are the reason people are cautious about buying online. bought a drying rack, very cheaply made, racks don't stay up, how is a child supposed to lift up 29 racks while they put their dripping wet painting on the bottom shelf to dry? contact to return, said it would be collected by their suppliers for inspection but if it isnt found faulty "we won’t charge for the return but we also won’t issue a credit" looking like small claims for me, sad really as this could be a really good company if they just did things right and looked after their customers :(

Good Morning, I'm sorry you are not happy with the service you have received so far, however our processes are being followed correctly as they are clearly laid out in our terms and conditions. The drying rack will be inspected as soon as it is returned to the warehouse and our finding reported back to you as quickly as possible. We do sell many drying racks every week and do not experience issues with these products but this does not mean there is not a fault on this occasion.
