Excellent glad you had good service
Received magnetic whiteboard today which is great quality and will use as photo wall. Delivery took about a week and fine for large object. Can recommend.

Chair was shown as available in stock for immediate delivery. However it turned out that it could not be provided within one month due to manufacturing delay.

Easy ordering process however goods advertised as next day but arrived 4days later. Taking into consideration the current situation it wasnt too bad and in time for when we needed them. Staff were helpful when I needed to contact them for an update. Would use again

I am very disappointed that I ordered 4 tables from you only to be told they are not going to be in stock for months. If they are not in stock the website should say rather than taking my money and then the next day saying you don't have them.

Purchased office chair. Ordering was straightforward. Had to chase up when chair didn't appear after a week and it transpired that the chairs weren't in stock at time of order. The reason I ordered was because our preferred supplier didn't have them in stock and I needed the chair quickly! Customer service was polite and efficient and promised to chase up and let me know outcome. Three days later the chair was on my doorstep. So I can't fault the service. I would use this supplier again.

Buying some protection screens during a pandemic was never going to be an easy option. I tried many companies and although Cost Cutters UK could not provide the original screens I ordered in the timescale required, they were proactive in sourcing another product which could. Unfortunately, and through no fault of their own, Parcelforce could not provide a similar service and the screens never arrived. Cost Cutters (in particular Alison) provided an excellent service, arranged new screens to be sent via another courier and have been in touch throughout the transaction. I would definitely recommend using them, not least because of the excellent customer service provided through a particularly difficult time. There were a couple of small issues with the screens (delivery damage) which did not detract from their use and for which I was offered a partial refund. My comments re delivery therefore are based on the second transaction with the company as the delivery issues were through no fault of Cost Cutters UK.

Website said next day delivery, when item didn't arrive I contacted them to be told it was out of stock and wouldn't be available for weeks. I was told if I selected a different colour it would come on the next working day, was delivered a day later than promised. Item was damaged on delivery, I was offered a partial refund which I accepted but nearly 3 weeks later and I am still waiting. The company are now ignoring my emails

Hi we are very sorry you have had a bad experience. During the Covid19 outbreak we have struggled with couriers and deliveries. Your refund has been processed. We are currently very busy, i will ensure your emails are answered.
We ordered a chair, website said it was available, they took our money and we had to phone only to be told we will have to wait a month for delivery. The customer care agent was lovely and tried to help with alternative but website is obviously not the best.
