“The good: The price of the chair I bought was very competitive. The delivery was very quick; I thought I would be waiting for ages, but it was ordered late Thurs afternoon and delivered on Monday lunchtime. The bad: When I finished ordering the website didn't tell me I was successful, it went back to the basket and said there were no items, so I was worried it hadn't gone through properly. Emails went to spam folder and it took me a while to get to the bottom of it. I had to fit the arms to the chair myself, although it didn't say this on the item webpage. There were no instructions, it was not difficult to work out, just a little annoying.”

“Very prompt service. The product was well packed in a very sturdy box. Unfortunately the item, a table top drying rack, required the strength of a body builder to put together. To bend the locating wires, even using the leverage of a sturdy screwdriver, took mammoth strength. On the up side it won't ever fall apart!”

“Easy ordering process however goods advertised as next day but arrived 4days later. Taking into consideration the current situation it wasnt too bad and in time for when we needed them. Staff were helpful when I needed to contact them for an update. Would use again”

“Purchased office chair. Ordering was straightforward. Had to chase up when chair didn't appear after a week and it transpired that the chairs weren't in stock at time of order. The reason I ordered was because our preferred supplier didn't have them in stock and I needed the chair quickly! Customer service was polite and efficient and promised to chase up and let me know outcome. Three days later the chair was on my doorstep. So I can't fault the service. I would use this supplier again.”
