The good: The price of the chair I bought was very competitive. The delivery was very quick; I thought I would be waiting for ages, but it was ordered late Thurs afternoon and delivered on Monday lunchtime. The bad: When I finished ordering the website didn't tell me I was successful, it went back to the basket and said there were no items, so I was worried it hadn't gone through properly. Emails went to spam folder and it took me a while to get to the bottom of it. I had to fit the arms to the chair myself, although it didn't say this on the item webpage. There were no instructions, it was not difficult to work out, just a little annoying.
