We do make it clear that we are a subscription service and you can cancel at any time. We also send a pre-warn email 5 days before any order is due to be billed to give time to cancel or amend an order. However, I'm sorry if this was not made clear to you that you enrolled onto a subscription. We are happy to offer a full refund if the box is returned back to us (free of charge).
