“Poor customer service. I had been using the product for a few years. Most recent batch of blades not working very well. I told them and was told nobody else was complaining. Would have liked them to be more customer friendly. I am trying Harry's blades now.”

It's a shame to hear you prefer the original blades - most prefer the new version but there is about 1% of our member who opt for the original shave. We also haven't changed the price with the upgrade, the blades have always been £14 for a set of 6.
