“Despite taking 3 attempts to finally pay for items customer care did at least take the time and trouble to try and resolve the issue. Order came through as expected in 2 packs, but either Royal Mail or someone at Cornerstone didn't put my Safe Space on the instructions so had to get in touch with Royal Mail to redeliver my second parcel as of course it was delivered when we were out!”
