“Deserve more than a 5* review. I was having problems getting Hotter slippers with a dark sole for my 88 year old mum who had recently come out of hospital. Ordered from Cordners who were exceptional, even sending a photo of the slippers as they weren’t on the website. E mail contact with Georgia was outstanding and when I rang to make payment the lady on the shop floor and the lady from the office were absolutely lovely. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. Thank you for your exceptional customer support.”

“No issues with product but unfortunately too small .... however I really hate the non refund on ordinary purchases within the shops. Staff could be a bit more pleasant about it rather than almost getting cross that you've even suggested a refund. This has happened to me several times. Its not hard to be nice. Have not got refund yet... returned 5 days ago.”
