“Great shoes, but delivery took longer than expected given I had paid for next day delivery. Ordered on a Friday, arrived on Wednesday.”

“I bought a pair of shoes on the Thursday and unfortunately had to return them as they hurt my bunion . I returned them on the Saturday to the shop in Newtownards and was told I could only get a credit note which I feel is wrong. So I would advise the staff when selling the shoes to state on return a credit note only will be issued and not your money back. Not happy would not buy there again.”

Hi Roberta, thank you for your in-store purchase at Cordners and I'm sorry to hear you had an unsatisfactory shopping experience with us. We like most independent retailers only offer an exchange or credit note for any returns within 14 days of purchase and this is clearly documented at the till where you paid for your shoes and on the bottom of your receipt.

“I bought a pair of London Base Coda Slip-Ons, the price was extremely competitive, £10.00 cheaper than Next. I then received a message Cordners, stating that they had found a fault with the pair of shoes and offered to cancel the order with a refund or offer a discount. They supplied a photo of fault and after some deliberation I decided to accept the shoes with the discount. I can not fault Cordners customer service.”
