Ordered a pair of boots online. Click and collect at Cordners Newtownards. When l went to collect them they weren't there. They were in the Ballymoney store waiting to be collected there! The sales assistant apologised and arranged to have them posted to my home address. This happened on a Saturday and they were delivered first thing on Tuesday morning! Despite the mix up, l was delighted that it was sorted out so promptly. Very happy with my new boots too!
