“Staff in the ballymoney shop were very friendly but unfortunately they didn't have the sandals in store that I wanted so I ordered them online to be collected in store. Alas, no one emailed me to say they had arrived.”

“Bought these Sandals, unfortunately had to return them as they were to big. As I'd paid for postage I thought this would cover returns. But no , I had too pay return postage of £5.65. I wouldn't be ordering from this company again”

“I bought a pair of slippers from them. Was the wrong size and i need to pay for the return postage aswell the new postage aswell to send me the replacement size. The problem is that is no difference from the size that i order wrong and the one I received as replacement. To send them back will cost me again the postage (2 times) so are starting to be quite expensive this sleepers!!!”

“Very disappointing I ordered my son trainers boys size 4 they arrived to being a baby size 4 on the description it didn’t state that it was for an infant size 4 .. so total waste of money and has slightly put me off ordering in the future . Receptionist was very nice and apologetic..”

“Ridiculous that they don’t provide return postage paid and I could t return in store! Makes the whole returns process too difficult and no confirmation email or tracking on the parcel. Overall just go in store and don’t bother with the online orders.”

“The reason I rated it poor was that I received an order on Saturday and when I opened the package it was not the shoes I ordered resulting in having to return them today and the postage cost me £4.00 which I hope will be refunded to me as it was not my mistake.”
