“Absolutely awful customer service. I ordered a pair of trainers and was sent an ex display pair - one of the shoes was very clearly worn and had was filthy with makeup. I messaged Cordners minutes after taking delivery of my order and 2 weeks later, I am still waiting on a reply. I returned the shoes in store myself and the girl at the till had obviously read my message as before she had even asked why I was in, she said 'they are out of stock'. I have since received a refund and purchased the same shoes - a brand new pair - elsewhere. Absolutely shocking service.”
