“Have used Cordners twice now and would again. Quality items came swiftly, knocked off one star as for second delivery, the box the boots were in was quite battered, presumably as box just packaged in thin plastic bag. Price I paid for the boots was good compared with similar on high street.”

“Very pleased with the style of footwear Cordners sells, and speed of delivery. My only bugbear is the cost of Postal Returns, especially when you are returning due to poor fit. I also immediately reordered, but I was not recognised by their system and had to re-register again. Luckily the second pair in a different brand, fitted.”

“Ordered a pair of boots online. Click and collect at Cordners Newtownards. When l went to collect them they weren't there. They were in the Ballymoney store waiting to be collected there! The sales assistant apologised and arranged to have them posted to my home address. This happened on a Saturday and they were delivered first thing on Tuesday morning! Despite the mix up, l was delighted that it was sorted out so promptly. Very happy with my new boots too!”

“Very disappointing that having paid for next day delivery and ordering by 10.30am I did nit receive my order for 4 days - yes there was a postal strike the day before my order but if that was to have an effect then next day delivery should not have been an option that I then paid for !!”
