“Service and delivery good, but unfortunately the trainers were to narrow even though I ordered wide fit.”

“I was disappointed with the colour of the shoes as they were described as silver and were more an Oyster Pearl (which was the description ) I found later on another website. I had to return and pay the cost of postage which I felt was unfair as I feel the colour description was ( I am sure unintentionally) misleading.”

“I was not informed that the boots had been delivered to the store. When I went to collect the boots I asked if I could try them on, and is well that I did. When the box was opened it was not the boots that I had ordered, so if I had taken them home I would have found out they were the wrong boots. My invoice was inside that box, but the matter was quickly resolved.”

“Unfortunately l can only give 3 stars. Love the style but they were much to small. I find it strange as l have many other Clarks shoes in the same size which are a perfect fit. I hope the refund comes through quickly.”

“I find cordners very expensive, the particular boot I bought from cordners could be found in numerous shoe shops, they were from the popular brand Tamaris at a much cheaper price, unfortunately getting my size was the issue I liked the boot so I decided to go with them, but had I been a different size I would have saved up to €30. So no I won’t be rushing out to Cordners any time soon.”

“The boot has been tried on before I received it so the boot has been widened and I have a very narrow foot so it looks like a wellington on me now. Returning item so hope to get a full refund.”

“I’ve given three stars because their shoes are fine. They do a good range of brands. However, please read the small print because I didn’t. I ordered 6 pairs and just glanced at the returns to ensure I could return them as I only wanted to try a few styles in the hope I may find a pair. (There are very few shops left to do this post covid) but I got a a shock when I went to the post office to return the first lot £13 and I have another two pairs to return today 👎 so will have cost around £20 for nothing. I ordered from three other companies at the same time and they did not cost anything for delivery or returns. So I was disappointed in that but the swift delivery and the quality of the shoes would be 4*”

“Sadly, I ordered shoes you didn't have, but you told me and I got my money back. So, I was disappointed because I actually wanted the shoes! They're a discontinued line for someone with C- fitting width feet. Now, I'm scratching my head as to where I will ever find shoes that fit again!”

Hi Amanda, I'm sorry to hear you are having problems finding narrow fitting shoes. Yes unfortunately Clarks discontinued the C fit in that shoe. I have included a few links for a good alternative to the Hamble Oak C fit. Hi Rosemarie, Thank you for taking the time to leave a Review, they really do help new and returning customers have confidence in shopping with us. Unfortunately we are a small independant business and can not afford the luxury of free returns just yet but we always advise a 2nd Class Signed for service from Royal Mail which normally works out around £3-£4 for a pair of ladies shoes. I'm sorry you did not see any slippers to your liking. We currently have online 250 different styles or colour variations for Ladies slippers and 85 for Mens but I would agree we are low on some sizes as this time of year would be deemed as out of season for slippers. “No issues with product but unfortunately too small .... however I really hate the non refund on ordinary purchases within the shops. Staff could be a bit more pleasant about it rather than almost getting cross that you've even suggested a refund. This has happened to me several times. Its not hard to be nice. Have not got refund yet... returned 5 days ago.”

“This is the fourth pair of these boots I have bought .The right boot fits like a glove the left boot has a slight rub on the left heel.”

“I have previously bought a pair of shoes sunningdale to these but I decided to measure my feet as they are (size 4) now tight. On measuring my feet it said I needed a 5. 5. I used these abs I think I should have ordered the 5 as they're a little too long. The parcel arrived, earlier than stated, on the day and with notification of delivery.”
