“The price first quoted was good. But when I went to purchase it an hour later I found I couldn’t proceed and had to go through the same process again. This time the price had gone up £20 and was with a different company. Frustratingly I logged out and got my wife to try again. Same thing happened. Not sure why the portal didn’t work but gave it a forth attempt and it linked me to the original quote and insurance company which I accepted and signed up with. Will now see if the rewards page behaves itself?”
