“Unfortunately, I would be wary of using confused.com due to you having Hastings insurance on there, as they are a scam company and I would not want a Friend to lose money from any recommendation.”
“Top of the search list comes Performance Direct and possibly their parent company as well . They have unfair so probably illegal terms and conditions . Use your own research or risk getting caught out.”

“Did not copy all my information across, even though it was accurate. we have 4 vehicles and when info on one vehicle sent to Sterling (awful company) they took initial payment but because the CUE information was different from what was listed it bumped the price, they then placed mileage restrictions on the vehicle and loads of other requests. The cancellation fee even though policy had not started was £85, they said they have to pay confused for the lead. So I cancelled and will have to find alternate insurance”

“Unfortunately they use scam companies like van line Direct. There happy to send you quotes for example at £261. But when you go to site to finalise it turns into £380.
When asked they said they would look into it. And ended up saying where just a comparison site. They wouldn’t honour the price . Very disappointed. Won’t use again , in this current climate scamming is not”
